Kimbal Musk's Second Indy Eatery Opens in SoBro
Next Door, at 4573 N. College Ave., joins five Colorado and one Memphis locations as the seventh in the country. As with Musk's other restaurants the goal is to stimulate the local farming communities by serving as much local produce and meat as possible.
The menu consists of local staples like bread baked right here in Indianapolis at Amelia's, chicken from Miller Farm, produce from Silverthorn Farm, and meat from Fischer Farm. The drinks include local beers from Central State, Daredevil, Sun King and more. For a chain it is about as local as it gets.
