The Kitchen to open Next Door restaurant at Longmont's Village at the Peaks
Come the end of summer, The Kitchen Restaurant Group plans to open its fifth Next Door location in Colorado, at Longmont's Village at the Peaks. The new Boulder County venue, slated to open Sept. 1, will combine a restaurant and bar in a 3,500 square foot space seating 130 diners. An outdoor patio, affording mountain views, will accommodate an additional 45 guests.
The Next Door restaurants spotlight real food ingredients sourced from local and domestic farmers, with an eye towards sustainability. Courtney Walsh, director of marketing at The Kitchen Restaurant Group, says that "Real food is food that nourishes the body, the farmer, and the planet."
