Next Door Opens in Stapleton, Announces Longmont Location

The second restaurant to open in the Eastbridge development in Stapleton after Cattivella is Next Door, the neighborhood bistro sister-eatery to The Kitchen. This 3,100 square foot fourth iteration of the five year old concept created by co-founders Hugo Matheson and Kimbal Musk mimics the other ones in its casual modern design with clean lines and pops of color.

Next Door will serve lunch and dinner, plus happy hour seven days a week. The menu includes shared plates, sandwiches, salads, plates, sides and dessert, all approachable and affordable. A selection of beers, wines, and cocktails round out the offerings. The average ticket at Next Door is $15 for lunch and $20 for dinner.

The Eastbridge Town Center is a development that brings shopping and dining attractions to the eastern edge of Stapleton on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Havana Street. Other restaurants soon-to-join the fray include Los Chingones and Hashtag both owned by Troy Guard, Concourse from chefs Lon Symensma and Luke Bergman, and an ice cream shop from the Little Man Ice Cream team.
