The Kitchen, which started out eleven years ago as Boulder's trendsetting farm to table spot, is growing once again. Co-founders Hugo Matheson and Kimbal Musk have committed to bringing Next Door, their casual version of the restaurant, to the Eastbridge Town Center in Stapleton.
